Our Commitment

MoyoChat is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our platform.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across our platform:

Dashboard

  • Full keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Screen reader compatibility with appropriate ARIA labels and live regions
  • Logical focus order and visible focus indicators

Chat Widget

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • ARIA roles and labels for chat interface elements
  • Focus management when the widget opens, closes, and receives new messages
  • Keyboard-accessible controls for sending messages and navigating conversations

Marketing Site

  • Responsive design that adapts to all screen sizes and zoom levels
  • High contrast text and UI elements meeting WCAG colour contrast ratios
  • Alternative text for all meaningful images
  • Skip navigation links for keyboard users

Known Limitations

While we strive for full conformance, the following limitations are currently known:

  • Some chart visualisations in the analytics dashboard may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working on providing alternative data table representations for all charts.

Assessment Method
